Why This Site Exists
Searcy is the White County seat, so many useful records begin at the courthouse on North Spruce rather than at City Hall. The White County Circuit Clerk is also the ex-officio recorder for deeds, liens, plats, judgments, and related filings. The White County County Clerk keeps marriage, probate, DBA, county court, election, and voter-registration materials. The White County Assessor connects names to real-estate cards through ARCountyData, while Search ARCourts handles public case lookups. We bring those separate access points together and explain which custodian controls each record.
What You Will Find Here
- Pages by record type: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
- Local records offices: White County Circuit Clerk/Recorder, White County County Clerk, White County Assessor, city records contacts, and Arkansas Vital Records
- Search walkthroughs: where Search ARCourts, ARCountyData, VoterView, county counters, and library collections fit into a Searcy search
- Access rules: how the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-101 et seq., works when a record is public but not online
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We are separate from the City of Searcy, White County offices, Arkansas agencies, courts, and records custodians. That means our role is limited:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot confirm whether a specific person lives in Searcy
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot guarantee that every portal, office hour, fee, or records procedure is current at the moment you use it
Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
