Data You Give Us Directly
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. We do not store those searches on our own servers. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to keep the site available and understand which Searcy records pages are useful. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the information described above to run the site, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve pages about White County offices, Search ARCourts, ARCountyData, and related resources. We do not sell visitor lists or build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, White County and Arkansas records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Data you submit to those sites is governed by their policies, not this one. Sponsored search results on this site are also supplied by a third-party company with its own rules.
Who May Receive Data
Vendors that host, secure, and support this site may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Because this site has no user accounts, it does not keep passwords or account profiles for visitors.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a website holds about you. Arkansas privacy and security obligations may include the Arkansas Personal Information Protection Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 4-110-101 et seq. Because we hold very little, most requests involve checking our contact mailbox and server logs and removing what we can. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Searcy, White County, or Arkansas offices remain outside our control; those removal or correction requests must go to the custodian office.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
